Oshn Designs is owned and operated by Mark and Daisy- creating thoughtful, beautiful homes throughout the Methow and Bellingham area.

What began with a love for small-space design has grown into crafting ADUs, and homes that reflect the same care, creativity, and connection to place. Every home we build is rooted in intentional living-  designed to feel good, function beautifully, and fit naturally within its surroundings.

We live what we build: a life close to nature, grounded in craftsmanship, and inspired by simple, meaningful design.

 What sets us apart from most builders is that we live and work in a home we designed and built ourselves (more recently, a tiny home!). Living tiny has taught us the art of thoughtful design — how to make every inch both beautiful and functional.

Beyond that, our background spans the full spectrum of construction. We’ve worked with high-end custom home builders, completed countless remodels, poured concrete, framed large-scale projects, and refined our craft in finish carpentry. Each of these experiences deepened our understanding of how great homes come together.
